Sorcery 101

Danny is our ever lovable protagonist. He’s 35, divorced, a chain-smoker, and a history teacher. He’s been learning sorcery for most of the past decade and is slowly making progress. About a year ago, he had to find a new teacher and ended up with Pat.

Pat used to be a mage, but now he is a vampire and that doesn’t make him very happy. He’s pretty much been forced to teach Danny sorcery, even though he’d rather be left alone.

Brad is Danny’s best friends and a dorky werewolf. He’s kinda of a push over, especially when it comes to his daughter Rebecca.

Ally is Brad’s wife and a good friend of Danny’s. She was born a mage and has been working for the company Alpha Phoenix most of her adult life.

Seth is a sadistic older vampire, who Danny’s life is magically bond to.

Rebecca is Brad and Ally’s daughter. She’s a werewolf like her dad.

A necromancer-in-training who is completely inept when it comes to casting spells.

Meg is “teaching” Necromancer Kid sorcery.

Chelsey is a half cat demon who works at the bar Ally runs. She is a ditz and has a crush on Danny.

Jeff is one of Danny’s students at the Stewart Academy for Boys. His family owns the school, so Danny tutors him to get brownie points with his boss’s boss. While Danny was tutoring Jeff and watching Rebecca, Rebecca bit Jeff so he’s now a werewolf.

Connor is another of Danny’s students and Jeff’s best friend.

William is a seer that runs the local magic shop. He used to help Pat with his demon hunting, until Pat’s wife died. The two are old friends, but haven’t seen each other in person for many years.

Melanie is a dirty minded girl Danny met in the local magic shop who Danny dates for awhile.

Tommy is Seth’s only other blood bond.

Suryu is one of the oldest and strongest vampires around. She is Pat’s sire. arch-rival to Seth’s sire, and one of the seven members of The Order.

Loki is a vampire a few hundred years younger than Seth, but just as powerful. He is one of the top 10 mercenaries at Alpha Phoenix, but always needs to be carefully watched by his boyfriend Aaron. He doesn’t have a firm grip on reality and recently became a member of The Order.

Aaron is a fairly young vampire, but very smart. So he is currently the head of Alpha Phoenix’s cover up department. He is also a writer and Loki’s offical babysitter. He is also the youngest member of the Order.

Cal is an angel that used to work with Ally, her sister, and her cousin.

Rita is Ally’s older cousin. She used to date Brad in college.

Trish has been Ally’s best friend for a long time. She is blood bond to a vampire named Frost and has a soft spot for Terran accents. Her and Danny have slept together a few times but she has a crush on Seth.

Natalie is Danny’s daughter who lives with her mother during the school year and Danny during the summer.

Jackie is Danny’s ex-wife who lives in Terra.

Ally’s boss and the head of Alpha Phoenix.

Ally’s mother who has just gotten out of jail.

Damien is the King of Lynnbria, Danny’s cousin, and the werewolf who bit Brad.

Cassia is the vampire who has claim on Damien and is also dating him.

The daughter of Brad’s boss, who is Brad made a werewolf to wake her up from her 1 year coma.

Head of the Order. He is using Trish (who is blood bond to him) to spy on Seth, who he hates.
