Hey there folks!

First off, I finished redoing Wild Things Part 1 so if you want to read the updated version click here

I’m happy to report that my kickstarter was a complete success and the book is on it’s way to the printer. Those of you who ordered it should be getting a digital copy soon and then your hard copy in April. Basically, the plan is to get you guys get everything set up for printer so I have it when I plan to have it. Then once that is run smoothly, I’ll do the commissions people asked for. Then once books arrive I’ll sign and sketch in the copies for those of you who bought a signed copy. Then they all get shipped.

Now since all that is taken care of I’d like to announce that I have joined Blanklabel. Spike from Templar, Arizona and I are remodeling the place and trying to bring some more energy and life into it. Once remodel is set up all the Blanklabel members will be sharing a blog. So at least once a week I’ll be contributing to it. We’re still working stuff out, but I’m planning to mostly discuss the artist and writers I’m looking at for inspiration. I won’t so much be reviewing them as writing essays about what I have learned from the subject of discussion. I’ll probably tel you what I discussed on this site each week, I’m mostly gonna keep it to blanklabel’s blog.

Also, I’d like you all to know my con plans. I’ll be at the following conventions.
C2E2 in Chicago on April 16 – 18
Stumptown in Portland, Oregon April 24 & 25
SDCC in San Deigo July 21-25

Back and work work work

Hey all,

Back from Stumptown. It was a blast!

Now I’ve been away so I haven’t had a change to say anything on here, but I did a short comic for the anthology Smut Peddler. It’s comic porn all draw by women. It’s fully funded but the higher the funding goes the more of a bonus payment I get. Because of this I’ve donated some of my originals pages to this the kickstarter. They are very nice looking and my story is about two scientists strained on a forest planet.

Updates and Stumptown

Hey all,

Now that I’m not buried in Cautionary Fables and Fairy Tales books orders (sent out about 300 this week) or in the middle of cons, I got time to post an update. Reminder that Sorcery 101 is only updating on Mondays because I’m drawing a kids book series and I’m getting all redos done by the end of the year.

Now if you need some supernatural comics to fill the void you should check out Alabaster: Wolves. I’ve read the first issue of 5. The art is lovely and drawn by Steve Lieber. The main character is a monster hunter guided by a seraph. It takes place near Savannah and both the art and writing set a nice eerie mood. The first issue just came out recently. It deserves your support!

Also, I’ll be at Stumptown the end of this month. Table b-25 with my former classmate Meredith McClaren.
